I have been a fan since i was a teenager and still am, they have been on a different level with one or two other bands you could probably count on one hand.

Actually, their original name was the Architectural Abdad's. They went through a series of other names, before going with the The Pink Floyd Sound. Then dropping the "Sound". Then dropping the "The"
