Culpability? Lol. He was told by pharmas and fauci that these drugs were safe and effective. The FDA signed off on these injections. No, we need to hold the pharmas, fauci, nih to account for their actions.

He pushed fast tracking of the vaccine that fauci and others recommended against.

I expect big pharma wasn't going to turn down the socialist money Trump gave them. They may even have done their best to make an effective and safe vaccine but Trump was so obsessed with getting the vax out before the election they really didn't have much of a chance.

Fauci, after having his recommendation ignored by Trump, really had no power to dictate any vaccine policy that slowed it's progress and most likely Trump would have called him a deep state actor trying to effect Trump's election chances.

It's only speculation of course but I expect if Trump wasn't entering an election year, he wouldn't have been so persistent in pushing the vaccine in such a rush.

They didn't recommend against it. Fauci, NIH, pharmas were all heavily propagandizing it and squashing, censoring, banning any information that showed how deadly and dangerous these injections were.
