That is a problem that has been addressed without DEI for decades. I think you will find that society is not nearly as divided as you seem to think. Many soldiers are coming in to service never having interacted with blacks, Hispanics, gays, Muslims
They also come in with preconceived biases
DEI is still critical
How does DEI differ from other non discrimination policies in the military? That is a problem that has been addressed without DEI for decades. I think you will find that society is not nearly as divided as you seem to think.
Here is a little factoid for you! The first time I ever met a Mormon in my life was the guy who slept in the rack next to me at boot camp and the only reason I knew was that he made it a point to tell me in conversation. It meant nothing to me at the time and I knew nothing about LDSs. Later, one of my best friends was Mormon. We had no difficulty in that area as our other closest friend was the chaplain.
They said the same thing about Affirmative Action in the militaryDEI embodies reverse discrimination whether you like it or not.
I don't know but when I trained to fly airplanes, the school had no black instructors nor black students being trained to be pilots. I did not consider that an impediment to my training. How does DEI differ from other non discrimination policies in the military?
Democrats said that. They said the same thing about Affirmative Action in the military
Shows why DEI was needed back thenI don't know but when I trained to fly airplanes, the school had no black instructors nor black students being trained to be pilots. I did not consider that an impediment to my training.
DEI apparently is not what you think it is. Why don't you start there and learn why it is so toxic. How does DEI differ from other non discrimination policies in the military?
Blacks just hate to fly. If they loved to fly, the school would have had plenty of them since the city I trained at has tons of Blacks.Shows why DEI was needed back then
Senior leadership positions were reserved for white males
Why torture yourself posting here? All you want are blacks.Shows why DEI was needed back then
Senior leadership positions were reserved for white males
You were in the militaryBlacks just hate to fly. If they loved to fly, the school would have had plenty of them since the city I trained at has tons of Blacks.
Yea we know who founded the Klan, we also know which party fights to keep up statues and monuments of Klan heroes, we also know who the Klan supports today. Now let us move on, there were racist republicans that fought to keep black folks down as well. We can clearly see which party today works against black folks, if you can't it's because you don't want to see it or you are just naive as hell. I think we know which category you fall into. Project 2025 is in full effect.Segragation was about demklansmen maintaining power and control
Nah the demklan created the klan, they weren’t like the gop
Ok, I don't recall saying anything about a man being a woman .Because a Black man excluded from flying combat by the color of his skin or a woman excluded from flying combat aircraft because of her sex are wrongs that have been rightly corrected.
A man pretending to be a woman for attention is not a wrong that needs to be corrected.
It does nothing to enhance warfighting, which is a warrior’s job.
Nope.
Yep we saw the former Dem president xiden give the eulogy to a grand dragon of the klan and get the support of Richard SpensorYea we know who founded the Klan, we also know which party fights to keep up statues and monuments of Klan heroes, we also know who the Klan supports today. Now let us move on, there were racist republicans that fought to keep black folks down as well. In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday, Hegseth clarified that any attempt to cut the Tuskegee Airmen training material had been "immediately reversed."Thisis what your own link says:
Chief of Staff Gen. David Allvin said in a statement Monday the initial course removal, which affected the videos, occurred because the service, like other agencies, had to move swiftly to comply with Trump's executive order banning DEI content and ensure "all remnants of the outdated policies" were removed, with "no equivocation, no slow-rolling, no foot-dragging.
Allvin said the stories of both groups will continue to be taught in basic military training: "The historic legacy and decorated valor these Airmen embodied during World War II and beyond will continue to guide our newest recruits and all who serve in our ranks."
So not sure what had to be restored.
I knew three blacks in my whole time in the Army who were worth a stale piece of bread. You were in the military
You saw who got approved for prestigious training opportunities
It wasn’t Black or Hispanics
For what?You should thank Pete.
Those statues you whine about are dead men. We do not worship them. We only recognize they are part of history. We do not destroy such statues like Democrats do.Yea we know who founded the Klan, we also know which party fights to keep up statues and monuments of Klan heroes, we also know who the Klan supports today. Now let us move on, there were racist republicans that fought to keep black folks down as well. Sounds like a nothing burger. Next.
