FDR showed his racism in so many ways and he put ships in a small port at Pearl Harbor knowing it was a magnet to the Japanese. Japan had no reason to attack Pearl Harbor other than the fleet FDR put there. They did not even invade the islands at Hawaii though they had defeated much of our fleet of ships.
