I can tell you that in 40 years of residential and commercial real estate there was no other city or municipality that was as insanely small minded and hard to deal with asCollege Park. At the hearings I never heard about “what’s best for the residents” I always heard what amounted to “who will vote for me” needs and lots of “I feel….” Always lacing fact or precedent
