Yes...one of the "person's of interest" in the murder of the 9 year old son of a gang member...has been arrested on another felony gun possession charge....
no...we don't have a gun problem....we have a failure of the criminal justice system to take gun criminals seriously........

t records show Morgan was convicted of illegal gun possession in 2011 and sentenced to probation and five days of community service.
Law enforcement sources said Morgan is a person of interest in the slaying of Tyshawn in the 8000 block of South Damen about 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 2. Tyshawn was slain after a series of gang shootings — with the first one taking the life of Morgan’s brother.
so...this guy has a history of crime and was arrested in gun charges before...now he is being looked at for the murder of a 9 year old boy....
