hire people based on education, skill set, morals and character, not because their name is jose or tyron

You understand admin's can check IP? members that violate the board terms and are banned have a signature that is easy to point out when they try to come back and are dealt with.

just maybe let them do their job and welcome new people without dragging them over the coals
