Most of this was just pablum that came out of ginned up campaign rallies. Slogans like "Lock Her Up". Trump was a political novice. He was a registered Democrat. Gave to Democrat candidates. Was a "billionaire" that drove around in limousines and flew in private jets. And he became a Republican and Conservative, and was a man of the blue collar...almost overnight?? No. Just keeping with the opportunist he is. One thing I notice that's missing from your list here is immigration. That's the real reason at the bottom of why people support Trump. When you boil things right down in Trump supporter land, this is the issue that eventually comes to the front. And it spilled over into dislike of people of color, LGBTQ, the handicapped, the homeless...in general, the weak and the different. It was abhorrent, but it was effective. It played to the feelings that a lot of people on the right had for years and then crystalized while Barack Obama was President. Trump just made it OK to give a voice to those feelings.
I expect people who voted for him last time will again. That's a given. The problem for Trump is he hasn't grown his base. His re-election chances pre-pandemic were 50/50 (even with a good economy and job growth).
Given what has happened over the last three months. those chances have taken a nosedive. He's behind in all three states that gave him the election in 2016 plus Florida and Arizona as well. If that holds, it's game over.
