I looked into it.
My post #2 & post #3 both reveal that the agenda of FEMA is now to push the climate agenda and creating equity in the nation, NOT simply restoring local people to their previous condition, as is stated in the law.
And. . here is the law that establishes FEMA;
ROBERT T. STAFFORD DISASTER RELIEF AND
EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE ACT

And yet? Clearly with THIS publication, they are revealing a clear bias for some populations over others.
The goal here? Discriminate in the way they help, so folks are not back to where they were, but to socially engineer a new status quo.

Why do you say Republican Congress? Senate is Democrat led. And, no money should go to illegals that should be sent back to their countries of origin. Bad moral relevance.
Then, there’s $100 million Harris announced they are sending to Lebanon. Such a sickness as that money can be used to help Americans in need. But she wants to support the Squad and their Muslim community for votes.

Demorats are so uneducated. They have no ability to find the truth. It’s like they are zombies that have no moral grounding. The term is moral relevants.
