And those are the Ukeys own estimate which will be fudged as much as possible if not simply lied about .
And it excludes the large number of dead NATO troops--- and is way above just the number of NATO " Advisors" who are admitted to be present .

I am sure this is an accurate depiction of the situation. I don’t like the Ukies and I am pro-Russian [in this particular fight] but I worry that the Russians are slowly bleeding the Ukies intentionally rather than pulling the rug out from under Zoolinsky and getting it over with quickly.

I appreciate that perspective and retain an open mind on it .

I am inclined to the view that all three ( Trumpfy , Putin and the Mad Midget) are all Chabad Fundamentalists and as Deep State assets they wish to keep the war going at least until other and next moves in the Middle East are set in motion .

If Israel attacks Iran using the US as its shield -- which seems highly likely in the very near term -- I suspect there may be a broad agreement along the following lines :-
We (T) will essentially ignore your further advances in Ukraine whilst you ( P) are not overtly involved in Middle East affairs, be they Syria , Lebanon or Iran itself .

The key thought for that sort of skullduggery is " Overtly".

However , I feel sure Putin desperately wants Odessa for several obvious and key reasons .
But he realises that to avoid the US and EU throwing all of their reserves ( far fewer than the public realise) at defending Odessa , he must be seen to be giving in other areas .
