Let's all remember the "gallows". They were placed in full view of all the cameras. The team of people that "erected" those gallows have never been identified. Does that seem "fishy"? Much like the "pipe bombs" that were clearly "fishy", along with the "scaffold commander" that, with clear photographs of his face, has never been identified.
