He can fire but not Court Marshall at will. He can force any Member (not just officer) to retire as soon as possible. In otherwards, fulfil his current enlistment.

CNN never gives up even when the president elect won in an electoral landslide. It is impossible to believe CNN's strange theory that Pentagon officials are planning to commit treason if they don't agree with the president elect's policies.
