Biden's problem isn't that he stutters, it's that his mind is completely shot. Just yesterday he called Trump "George". I would understand if it was a one-off but he's been stepping in it every time time they bring him out of the basement. We all know that should Biden get elected, the Dems will invoke the 25th and Harris will be handed the presidency.
