In a social media post, the department ,“Pennsylvanians won’t always know the final results of all races on election night. Any changes in results that occur as countries continue to count ballots are not evidence that an election is ‘rigged.’” The post also included a link to a website dedicated to fact-checking claims about Pennsylvania's election process.
The announcement echoes the situation from the 2020 election when initial results appeared to favor President Donald Trump as polls closed. However, as mail-in ballots were counted in the following days, Joe Biden was declared the winner in Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, Democrats control the entire system. Fraudulent ballots are impossible to catch for mail-ins with no verification required., which is why Democrats don't want the system changed.

In 2020, the Governor and Legislature in Pennsylvania were Republicans.

No goofus the Gov was a D Tom Wolf. And the legislature idiots that they were trusted Wolf and the Dems with security process with that bill which the demrats took to court and to thrown out so they were able stuff the ballot harvesting boxes and got whatever GOP poll watchers removed from the count election night.
That's nonsense. The leftwing Supreme Court of PA nixed Trump's request to ban unverified mail-in ballots before the 2020 election.
