Just giving you some facts you didn't know, my dear SeaMajor....

The election winner of a State, only comes once the election is certified....which is usually +/- two weeks plus, after an election. And the electoral count determining the winner is not until Dec 14th....

The absolute cut off on election results court disputes settled is before that date of the electoral vote.

It's not about results election night, it's about states like Pennsylvania and Georgia DECLARING it will take multiple DAYS AFTER to produce them.

Of course it takes multiple days AFTER the election. Under PA law mail ballots post marked by election day have 3 days AFTER the election to be received from the United States Postal Service which allows time for military over seas to have their votes counted.

No matter how much BULLSHIT YOU want to spin twist and twirl - there is no way for the State to officially declare a winner before all the votes are counted and that doesn't happen on election night.
