Actually, the Democrats' strategy on the tax cuts is this:

First, claim that "nobody" actually got a tax cut.

Second, claim that even if you personally got a tax cut, Rich People got a much bigger one, so you should be pissed about it.

Third, claim that the tax cuts are BAD, because they will increase the deficit. This last one is a last resort, because not even Democrats believe that other Democrats give a shit about the deficit.

And so--------->the tax cuts aren't going to change many votes. It might insure that more of our side that actually pay taxes, shows up at the polls in November, but Pelosi and friends reversing the cuts would do little to their constituency, except maybe cost them a job.
