What the hell does that have to do with anything, shitforbrains?Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Federal and State laws say no protests at Judges homes. Period.

Virginia has a similar law that’s being violated by the fascists:I gave you the statute….read it.
“Any person who shall engage in picketing before or about the residence or dwelling place of any individual, or who shall assemble with another person or persons in a manner which disrupts or threatens to disrupt any individual’s right to tranquility in his home, shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.”

Imagine how the left would have reacted if 2nd Amendment Activists started "peacefully protesting" while lawfully carrying firearms around the homes of Justices that didn't vote their way on gun cases or who did the same at the homes of Members of Congress who didn't vote their way on gun legislation... .
Then the Marshall's and FBI should be at these protests arresting anyone who fails to disperse...They are in violation of Federal law, that is clear.It's up to the Marshal's service and FBI to do their jobs here with or without Garland.

U.S. Code § 1507 states that “any individual who “pickets or parades” with the “intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer” near a federal court or “near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer (emphasis mine)” will be fined, or “imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”
