Thats not even rational. I'm all for openness but I draw the line at adults wanting to have sex with children. There would be no way I would employ a known pedophile. Don't let this sidetrack our discussion but I'm bi-polar. I didn't choose to be bi-polar, I am bi-polar. It's a chemical thing that made me into the A personality I used to be. It also got me fired a lot when I lost my temper at work. Now I'm medicated and a B personality with 20 years in the same job. Genetically and Chemically we are controlled. True while I couldn't control the fact that I was angry, perhaps if I was better informed and more mentally stable I could have, should have, controlled how or whether I released my temper.
