The AP headline that attracted my attention yesterday concerned a patient in Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare who was discharge back in October but so far has refused to leave. Hospital is suing to evict.

Refusing to feed somebody that won't leave after discharge is not violating the Hippocratic oath in my opinion. That's just refusing to accommodate a malingerer.

The news story didn't explain why local cops don't just haul her away for trespassing.
