Canada isn't frozen for 3/4 of the year. It barely freezes in winter any more. Winter is 3 months of the year, and that's the only time of year when we have ice and snow. Clearly you have to no idea of our weather.

Half your players were either born in Canada or play on Canadian teams. Not to mention your population is 10 times larger than ours. A sudden death goal in overtime is not exactly a resounding victory. Squeaked out a win is more like it.

I also noticed team USA walking past fans as they left the ice and refusing to interact with them, while the Canadian players gave high fives to everyone they passed. And then they insulted and laughed at the USA women's hockey team who has won either gold or silver in every Olympics they've played in, leaving everyone in the world to think they're all assholes.

Hockey isn't our "only sport". In fact, we beat the USA in women's curling, and our men won the gold medal in curling. Despite our much smaller population, we won 7 medals in Short Track Speed Skating, to your 2. Our 7 medals includes gold silver and bronze. Similar results in Long Track, too. You matched our 5 speed skating medals.

Your total medal count is 33. Ours is 21 - despite our population being 1/10 of yours. You should feel ashamed at your showing.

Most Canadian hockey rinks have no ice in the summer. Even the little village {pop 800) where my parents had their restaurant, had a hockey rink. But the village didn't have the resources to keep ice in it year round.

Hockey is played year round, but in summer they use inline skates or roller skates. Street hockey is always big, summer or winter. “CAR!”
