There's another lawsuit that OMB just won as well. Against CNN, IIRC.
But this one is gonna hurt. OMB is hitting them where it counts -- In the Pocket Book. About time.

...During a 60 Minutes interview for the 2024 campaign, there was one condensed version of Harris' answer to a question on Israel presented in the full-length interview that aired on 60 Minutes, but when it was advertised on Face the Nation earlier in the day, the clip had Harris giving something of a "word salad" answer.
60 Minutes claimed that the accusation of a deceptive edit was "false" and that the show instead "gave an excerpt of our interview to ‘Face the Nation’ that used a longer section of [Harris'] answer than that on 60 Minutes. Same question. Same answer. But a different portion of the response."
The lawsuit from Trump is seeking $10 billion in damages and accuses the network of "election interference" because of the "deceptively doctored" interview...
