Two senior White House envoys met Wednesday with Palestinian officials and tried to persuade them to drop their plan to ask the U.N. this month to approve their independence and instead resume peace talks with Israel.

A senior Palestinian official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to disclose the information, said the American envoys did not bring anything new concerning the peace process that would enable talks to resume.

The arab dogs can certainly have their own state. Then once they do, israel won't have to keep filling the welfare sand ******* with electricity, food, aid and other items.

Given that the arab beggars in west bank/gaza have received more handouts than any group on earth - ever - let's see how long these chimps last without UNRWA and israel handing them everything.

STARVE THEM OUT! Israeli threatens no ‘food, fuel, water, anything’ if occupied Palestinians seek statehood. Zionists don't want the two-state solution. Only the extermination of all the native peoples of the land will satisfy them.
Pretty hysterical, but not at all surprising. Palistanians don't know and don't want to know that, any state is supposed to provide for itself. Palistanians, on the other hand, fully expect to have a state and food on the table at somebody else's expence too, of course.

They were doing fine before Israel stole their infrastructures.

From the memorable words of Winnie Churchill - "Left to themselves, the Arabs of Palestine would not in a thousand years have taken effective steps towards the irrigation and electrification of Palestine. They would have been quite content to dwell - a handful of philosophic people - in wasted sun-drenched plains, letting the waters of the Jordan flow unbridled and unharnessed into the Dead Sea." - we learn that, arabs had no infrastructures to talk about, of course.

The two-state solution, imho, is the only safe, sane and sensible solution to the whole I/P debacle.

I say...good for the Palestinians for pressing onto UN Bid for sovereignity and nation-statehood, and for their independence. The Palestinians, although they, too, are accountable in this whole conflict, also have a right to self-determination in the form of an independent, sovereign nation-state of their own, alongside Israel (not in place of it, which many people want), which would be comprised of West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem.

imho is, of course, the most significant part of the contention.
