Palestinian game: "Blame the Settler"

I don't take videos very seriously - they are difficult to verify and easy to alter by removing context, dates etc.

Any supporting evidence to these events, or are you taking the word of Palestinian liars as being the be all and end all

I take their word the same as Israeli's word.

Tends to be a lot of lying on both sides.

I don't always take Israel's word for it if there is no supporting evidence. But you can bet the farm that any Islamic outlets will carry the self same details from the same source

Correct, and so easy to fake in other ways by dubbing sound on later

Exactly - or you can take bits and pieces from events earlier and patch them in to a current event - it's very hard to research it like you can a written item. I don't even like to waste the time watching them.

It is absurd to assume the lying was telling the truth, unless, you are taking a biased position in the first place. common sense.

?What are you responding to?
The claim Palestinians were assaulted by settlers every day in relation to the opening post.

They are physically assaulted and targeted with arson, property damage, etc frequently by settlers, this is well documented.

Actually it is very easy as most of them have distinct lines where the camera cuts away and then another scene is presented.

Just as the Jews are also ohysacally assaulted and targeted with arson, vandalism et. by Palestinians. Also well documented and known

I don't disagree - I've never said the Pal's were angels and I don't make excuses for their attacks on civilians, like are made for the settlers.

Ya, but what I meant was trying to find the source of the bits and pieces - so, for example is it a case of selective editing that chops out segments or did they put in totally unrelated footage? I can google words and find sources, but can't with images.

More than 300 "documented" incidents as mentioned before? You should ask yourself how many of these incidents were actually proved fabricated.
Claiming that none is not a satisfying answer after so many times the Palestinians lied, don't you think?

I'm sort of confused - you responded to me, but I didn't post anything about 300 documented cases.

I use B'tselem's figures when I do discuss these things because they have a pretty solid reputation for documenting things.

Coyote, et al,

In another two years, it will be the 100th Anniversary of the Balfour Declaration; and in five short years, it will be a Century since the Allied Powers to establish a mandate over the territory in dispute and a Jewish National Home.

In our discussions, we've talked about the intentions of the various parties involved, and the lawfulness of the action by the Allied Powers. In the Monday morning quarterbacking sessions, we've expressed various opinion and the trail of decision that trickled down from the Allied Powers since the San Remo Convention (1920).

We've discussed the creation of the State of Israel, and the State of Palestine, and the absurd position that each party holds that they don't exist. Well, if you can touch it, it exist and it is real --- political position not withstanding.

They are physically assaulted and targeted with arson, property damage, etc frequently by settlers, this is well documented.
(COMMENT)

Most every aspect of the origins to the dispute, with everyone putting in their political agenda and slant. And now, we are discussion the feud (alla Hatfield and McCoy) between the Israeli Settlers in Area "C" and the Arab Palestinian residents.

Well, again this aspect is not part of the conflict. This is the outcome of the hatred that has grown since the time of the Balfour Declaration. Both sides pointing the finger at the other; not unlike the Israeli Government and the Palestinian Government pointing fingers at each other.

Whether we talk about the BIG PICTURE between the government, or the SNAPSHOT view in the residential feud, it shows a measure of insanity on both sides.

Peace is only a telephone call away (ordering forces to halt hostilities). It takes nothing to arrange meeting for the negotiation of a lasting peace. All it requires is for the two parties exercise average skill and judgment at a peace standard and the development of a plan --- not one that will fail --- but one that will reach a mutually beneficial outcome.

Both sides must employ a REASONABLE MAN approach, not to secure advantage but to achieve peace (these are two completely different models) --- that both countries survive --- and develop in all the ways that successful nations are judged by.

The REASONABLE MAN would say, reign-in the trouble makers on both sides in the feuding residents on both sides.

There is no question, that if the feuding and hostilities are still in progress, that Israel has not taken the necessary steps to isolate and neutralize Israeli instigator. Similarly, the Ramallah Government has been negligent as well.

The REASONABLE MAN says that there is plenty of blame to go around on both sides.

Most Respectfully,

Yes, Meh.

Some of them may be radical, that's true, but they'll always have my support because they're my people. In case they get hurt, I'll pray for their well-being. In case they're the ones hurting, I'll pray for their redemption and hope of correcting their ways. But they'll have my sympathy no matter what they think or what they do.

....and that makes you different from Palestinians, how exactly?

I think the main difference between us and the Palestinians can be summed up in one sentence said by a grieving Israeli mother:

"The Palestinians fight in order to reach heaven the next world. Israelis fight so their children could normally live it in this one."

Death-chanting Israeli mob rejoices as Palestinian teen is executed by police

“Videos from the scene show a group of settlers chasing my son and he was trying to run to an Israeli police patrol for protection,” said the father, adding, “Israeli authorities make up pretexts to shoot and kill any Palestinian.”
PressTV-Israeli forces shoot dead Palestinian teen

Deceit alert!

"Trying to run to Israeli police patrol for protection"?

LIES LIES LIES.

Fadi Alon, the terrorist in the video, pounced on a 15-year-old boy in the Prophets' St., Jerusalem, late at night this weekend. His friends, along with Israeli security forces reached the scene, calming the young orthodox Jewish boy and treating him.

Fadi Alon began running on foot from the scene, when a security guard caught up to him, pointing his gun on a backing away Fadi. The terrorist tried to bail, security guard seemed hesitant whether try to arrest him or knocking him down, when a friend of the victim boy cried out in Hebrew, "Tira Bo! Tira bo!" ("shoot him, shoot him!")

From the other side of the road another cop appeared and shot Fadi Alon multiple times. Then the orthodox Jews start cheering the killing of the one who tried to stab their friend to death.

STOP THE PROPAGANDA.

STOP THE LYING.

The Palestinians take encourage meant from people with the exact thinking you have, to find it legitimate in killing more Jews. I used to support the settlers nad always will.

Even when they stone people, burn them alive, murder them, destroy their property? Meh.

Then I utterly fail to see how you can condemn the Palestinians.

I'll condemn those who try to hurt my people.

I'm personally involved in this conflict. You cannot ask me to be objective

No. But I can not understand supporting extremists who themselves kill innocent people. Burn a child to death. I don't care what side they are on.

First of all those killers need to be caught, why you jump the line and are in such a hurry to reproach me on the felony of supporting those who burn babies?

We don't know their names or background. unless you know something I dont

However my position remains the same, poisonous tree can bare poisonous fruits.
