What does it mean:

◈ The Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP), to the extent feasible, everything must be done to evacuate the civilian population from the vicinity of military objectives (this includes 6-month-old babies).​

◈ The HoAP, to the extent feasible, evacuates civilian persons and objects under its control from the vicinity of military objectives.​

To use the excuse that there are Palestinian-protected persons (this includes 6-month-old babies) in the vicinity with the specific intent of trying to prevent the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) from targeting of those military objectives. To do so is the same as using the 6-month-old baby as a "Human Shield."

The sign held by the heroes of "P F Tinmore" should read:

Using Babies as Human Shields is against
International Humanitarian Law (IHL)
and
a cowardly act by the Palestinians.​
