Padilla posts an explanation of his interruption of the Noem presser

Back in the day they opposed enforcement of federal law in Selma.
Back in the day they opposed enforcement of federal law in Little Rock.
Today they oppose enforcement of federal law in LA and NY and Chicago and ...

The only reason that the feds were sent in was to protect the innocent school children., And Jim Crowe was the law of the South during that time period.

And, no, they aren't opposed to enforcement, but they are opposed to having their citizens arrested and sent into limbo or worse.

Maybe if he entered the conference respectfully he would have been treated respectfully. But that wouldn’t have received media attention which is exactly what he wanted. Democrats scum will do anything for votes.

The useful idiots fell for it as usual. They’re so easily duped.

It wasn't him that was disrepectful. It was Noem and her bullyboys doing what they always do. Yes, it looks bad but not for him.

He should have scheduled his own press conference, or scheduled a meeting with Noem.
Barging into a press conference yelling is not how they work, the SS did their job.
They did not detain him, he was released.
He could have waited for the part of the press conference where she says " any questions".

He didn't yell. He just announced he had a question and then the bullyboys manhandled him.
So literally anyone can walk into the middle of a news conference hosted by a senior government official, push their way close to that official and announce they have a question?

Then law enforcement must do nothing?

How many questions must the official answer before being allowed by the random person to get back to her comments?

Do you believe in the heckler's veto?

He sounded intoxicated

He was elected to represent almost a million people in this nation and has the right to represent their interests. I thought you guys claimed this was a representative democracy? That was a blatant abuse of power. They had no right to detain him.
Fuck off, you guys use judges and protests to stop what we voted for. Don't you dare pull that shit
