Lancaster county has caught a voter fraud ring that is dropping off large batches of fake registrations at the last minute.

Now that I think of this, it's so sloppy and obvious and ham-handed, I'm wondering if Democrats did this knowing it would be discovered and inserted phony Republican votes, Then they will then accuse the GOP of cheating, camouflaging Democrats' real heist via electronic counting systems. On the other hand, this will ignite closer voter verification efforts; something Democrats do NOT want

Nice try, but Musk's petition/pledge has nothing to do with registering voters.

They have identified the NGO(s) responsible:

There are bad actors out there trying to cast doubt on the election. The election officials are being diligent on weeding them out. Problem is you have Trumpers who are looking for any excuse to deny the election. These bad actors know this. These bad actors will play MAGA like a fiddle.
