A fourth resident of
Florida’s The Villages retirement community has been arrested for alleged
voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Charles Franklin Barnes, 64, was arrested and taken to Sumter County jail on a charge of casting more than one ballot in an election.
John Rider, Jay Ketcik and Joan Halstead, who were all registered Republicans at the time of the election, have all pleaded not guilty to the charges.

A week after the 2020 election,
Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick announced that he was offering up to $1 million -- paid from his campaign account -- "to incentivize, encourage and reward people to come forward and report voter fraud."
Nearly a year later, Patrick, a Republican, has paid out his first reward: $25,000 to a Democrat in Pennsylvania, who reported a man for voting twice.
Eric Frank, a poll worker, received the money earlier this month for his part in reporting Ralph Holloway Thurman, a Republican who after voting once, attempted to vote a second time as his son.

Nevada attorney general has filed two counts of
voter fraud against a
Las Vegas man who allegedly voted twice in the 2020
general election – including once in his late wife's name.
Donald Kirk Hartle, 55, a registered Republican, stands accused of voting with another person’s name and voting more than once in the same election – both of which are felonies. Both charges carry a possible prison term of up to four years, as well as a fine of $5,000.
