I dont even think anyone expects justice for that crime. The laws are written to protect the corporates.
We have seen it time after time, these are the same morons who call H&S unnecessary red tape, last job i had i was a contractor where my job took me to many construction sites, H&S was parramount on site at times some of it looked a little over the top but better that than one death or injury.
