What the State of Maine does have is a program that can prevent LeBreque's power from being cut off until April 15- if LeBreque makes a payment agreement with the utility and continues to make payments all winter. LIHEAP helps 45,000 people in Maine pay their heating bills.

The Trump administration proposed nothing to replace LIHEAP.

So when you said:

The Trump budget doesn't propose replacing LIHEAP with any State run programs.

The Trump administration is saying that State programs prevent power from being shut off- but as noted before- these programs don't cover heating oil

And there's absolutely no requirement for heating oil and propane dealers, which are not regulated like electric and natural gas utilities, to make deliveries to customers who cannot pay. That's a big problem in the Northeast, which accounts for more than 80 percent of the nation's residential heating oil consumption.

I guess I just can't understand the Trumpster's 'definition' of "Fake News"- apparently your definition of "Fake News" is news that is factual, that is true, but that you just agree with Trump on, and don't like that the news is portraying his actions negatively.
