Hey- look you can find the headlines!
Lets look at your post - and what the "news" was- and see which is "Fake"- and which is real
Lets start with your first one:
Trump once again wants to cut energy assistance to the poor
The Trump administration is once again calling for the complete elimination of a heating assistance program that helps to keep the homes of low-income families warm. And once again, program supporters are vowing to fight it.
The administration is using the same arguments from a year ago when it tried to abolish the program, saying it's rife with fraud and that no one would be left freezing if the program goes away.
"If the president turned around and did away with that funding, I have no idea how we'd survive in the winter," said Dwayne LaBrecque, a diabetic who is on disability after losing several toes and part of his foot to infection.
LaBrecque's income plummeted when he lost his job as a shipping manager, leaving him to cobble together an existence for himself, his fiancee and their five children in the rural Maine town of Hartford. The family received about $1,000 in heating assistance this winter, and that money is already gone.
So is that story factually incorrect? Is this story actually "Fake News"?
Did the Trump administration call for the complete elimination of the heating assistance program? The answer is yes.

Did the Trump administration suggest that they would replace it with State run programs that are better run? No. It says that the program is 'no longer a necessity'

So lets go to the example the article you cited- the individual in Maine who is relying upon the LIHEAP money.
There is no program in Maine that helps someone like LeBreque pay his heating bills. The state provides no heating assistance- so that headline is completely accurate.
What the State of Maine does have is a program that can prevent LeBreque's power from being cut off until April 15- if LeBreque makes a payment agreement with the utility and continues to make payments all winter. LIHEAP helps 45,000 people in Maine pay their heating bills.
The Trump administration proposed nothing to replace LIHEAP.
So when you said:
Trump wants to end the federal programs that are blighted by fraud and abuse... AND REPLACE IT...with State ran programs better able to provide oversight.
No one wants to kill anyone. This is a good thing.
You were either
a) ignorant or
b) lying
There is nothing in his budget proposal that either calls for replacing LIHEAP or suggest that States will better be able to provide oversight
