That's a load of shit, with all due respects. Plenty of government owned and non-profit hospitals have difficulties staying well staffed nowadays. Non-profit UPMC has their flagship facility in Farrell PA, not far from here, and they need staff.

Are the patients supposed to take care of themselves in the hospitals after all the nurses have been fired. Is there an app for that? Like self serve at the gas station?
