Opinion Israel and Palestine: Two states and the extra step

The Old Testament has more calls to violence than the Koran, so making such accusations about the Koran is foolish. While we sometimes do not follow our religion and do terrible things, Christian teachings, bible, gospels and Jesus Christ all call on Christians to repudiate violence even when we are wronged, e.g. turn the other cheek. Christianity is one of the few religions of peace.

"Number of Cruel or Violent Passages
Old Testament 1214
Quran 527"

Of course the Koran is much shorter, but still.

Dwindling In Unbelief: Which is more violent, the Bible or the Quran?

Cool...how about some context?

Like TJS calls for violence in response to violence whilst the Koran calls for violence in response to existing.

Anyway, got one or two examples to be examined in context?

The Caanites were just existing in what is now called Palestine, yet the Jewish God called on Jews to exterminate them. Now, I know it's a fairy tale, but just saying.

I don't know why the Koran is always brought up alone and not accompanied by the Hadiths to give us a true picture.
