I'm guessing Israel does. Iran already sent 100 drones toward Israel and none survived the trip. I'll be very surprised if Iran's attacks do more than modest property damage.

I am certain that the attack didn´t happen out of madness but the measures described in the article leave much place for the possibility of Iranian weapons breaking through the shield. In particular the high velocity missiles are a threat to the populace. If they keep the air defense busy with cheap drones and then fire the advanced missiles, the result can be devastating.

Iran's plan had been to produce enough missiles to overwhelm Israel's defenses and strike targets in Israel, but with Israeli forces inside of Iran systematically destroying the missile launcher that couuld be used to attack Israel, I think it is doubtful Iran can launch an attack of that magnitude.

It is not the first time Israel hits Iran from within. If they learned something from this, they will have enough to retaliate. But we will have to wait and see what happens.
