this case comes from Florida.....and if legal precedent has any bearing on th e law in this country, this is already a decided issue because of the Dist. of Columbia v. heller......but the lower courts keep ignoring the Supreme Court rulings on these issues......the left wing social justice activists in robes don't care about legal precedent.....they rule according to what they want, not what our Rights actually are...
