OT but literally how do you do that?

Oddly enough, I have a long fiberglass extension pole that I tape a strong magnet to the end. I then straighten a wire clothes hanger and tape it to the rope end, like a needle and thread.

I pull my truck up close enough to stand in the bed.

Use the extension pole and magnet to get through the pulley and then pull the needle down while feeding rope. . Until I can reach and grab it.

There might be easier ways but that is what worked last time.

That's an old picture from when the rope was intact, and I could do that. The rope is down now and very weathered.

27% seems high. I would think 5% would be more likely, but only if the Pride flag flew above the US flag.
