in fact, that was the reason the guy made a daring escape from China... he knew his wife and he would be punished and she was pregnant.. without a yellow slip from the gummit

I'd prefer to take in Uighurs, as I know they would be appreciative of being removed from such a Hitler-esque government and given safe havens where they can go back to their own lives. Possibly giving tons of land to them in one of the northern states, where they can farm and be happy again.
