Jogging or walking one mile per day...that's 20 minutes or less for most, has some amazing health benefits. At 86 years old I do 2 miles per day jogging. About 8 to 9 minute miles. That isn't fast but imagine if everyone committed to that. Just 20 minutes of your time per day.

Walking, Yoga or Tai Chi and eating healthy while sleeping good and eliminating stress is the best way to live a long and productive life...
