Marjorie Taylor Greene is unbelievably-so waking up to reality that some things her own party is doing are just plain wrong and are not positive but negative to everyone. Here are 5 things that she is in disagreement with:

AI Overview

Marjorie Taylor Greene often aligns with the Republican base and Donald Trump's "America First" agenda, but has recently highlighted several key areas where her positions diverge from mainstream Republican leadership and policy
.
The five primary points where she has recently disagreed with the Republicans are:
  1. Affordable Care Act (ACA) Subsidies: Greene has aligned with Democrats in calling for an extension of enhanced ACA tax credits, warning that premiums will double for many Americans if they are allowed to expire. She has heavily criticized GOP leadership for lacking a plan to address this issue and for not including it in government funding negotiations.
  2. Foreign Aid/Intervention: Greene is an ardent non-interventionist, consistently opposing American military engagement and taxpayer dollars being spent on foreign wars and conflicts (such as in Iran, Gaza, and Ukraine), arguing the money should be used to address domestic issues like national debt and high cost of living. This stance sometimes puts her at odds with more traditional, interventionist-leaning Republicans.
  3. Government Shutdown Strategy and Leadership Blame: During recent government funding standoffs, Greene has publicly blamed Republican congressional leaders, including Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Leader John Thune, for the shutdowns, rather than the Democrats or the President. She has called GOP leaders "weak" and criticized them for not staying in session to pass individual appropriations bills.
  4. Handling of the Jeffrey Epstein Files: Greene has campaigned for the full release of all files related to the Jeffrey Epstein case, a position that has found some common ground with Democrats but has not been a priority for the Republican leadership.
  5. Gaza Conflict Stance: She has been the first Republican in Congress to label the crisis in Gaza a "genocide" and has called for ending foreign aid, a significant break from the GOP's typical strong support for Israel and the administration's policy.
Additionally, she has voiced general frustration with the party's priorities, arguing they ignore core issues important to the American people like healthcare costs, food prices, and electricity bills, and has criticized what she views as the "good old boy" network within the GOP establishment that she claims sidelines strong Republican women.

Here is a video where she talks about Health Care costs and the government shutdown. She blames the Republicans (not the Democrats) for it:

The irony:

If people like Rand, Massie, MTG, and so forth had real power to move the agenda and policies, deranged frootloops like the OP would be shitting even more chickens than they are today with the Trumpsters running the show.

So just sit back and laugh at the tiresome cynicism of them trotting them out such people, as some sort of indicator of how they're right.

He claims to have been a republican at some point. As the Democrat party turned Stalinist and the republican party moved leftwards as well, he somehow decided to be a hard-core Democrat.

It acts like a litmus test for intelligence. Only his fellow Democrats believe him.

98% of Republicans voted for sanctions against Russia taking back Crimea, which it had owned for 300 years. Cold War II can only benefit the Glowbullies.
