While this was well done...this is a shed. A very small shed. Not on the beach, or even near a beach. Arcadia is an inland farming community.

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE tiny houses. But as a way to ELIMINATE monthly payments. This isn't New York City with a lack of space.

Anyhow, share your thoughts.

Through that door is a stool and a stand up shower.

Ps - if you want to look it up, it's on Facebook marketplace.

That is a place to crash, not an apartment. One room, one bed, not even a chair to sit in nor a stove to cook. Not that there is a table to eat at. Anyone paying $900 a month for that is an idiot.

I have seen here, a room with private bath, but everything else is shared in someone else's home for rent of $1200 and that was over a year ago. And I imagine Cali is worse.

It's about the size of my great aunt matties house .Hers had a small gas stove and frig. It was perfect for her. I slept on the floor there many times on a blanket pallet. The price on the one above is steep for Arcadia.

Not an apartment at all.

Modern goofuses call this a "tiny home", although back in the day it would be called a "shack".

Florida can be a pretty expensive area, but this wouldn't be considered expensive in shitholes like New York.

However, if you are flexible enough to consider moving to the Tremendous City of Port-au-Prince, you can get a lot more for the money.

That place is bigger than an apartment I had in Tokyo years ago.

Those photos aren’t consistent. The arrangement and size of the bed change between pics.

On real estate listings they will use wide angle lens to make it look bigger and to put more focus on one aspect......such as the bed is made to look like a queen or king to make you think the room is bigger than it really is and the bed is just a twin.

Then other pics will focus on other furniture, making that look bigger and shrinking everything else around it.
