"One bedroom apartment" in Arcadia Florida...yikes.

And btw........here they are putting up 'villages' of tiny homes similar to this, but smaller. Mostly for the homeless. Maybe even for 'low income', idk

400 a month won't even get you a room in LA.

650 a month will get you a bunk bed in a shared living with 16 other people.
**** them.... Let the state go empty

I'd rather live in Port-au-Prince for $700/month. I'd fit in there too. According to the Haitian Constitution, Poles are considered to legally be black.

While this was well done...this is a shed. A very small shed. Not on the beach, or even near a beach. Arcadia is an inland farming community.

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE tiny houses. But as a way to ELIMINATE monthly payments. This isn't New York City with a lack of space.

Anyhow, share your thoughts.

Through that door is a stool and a stand up shower.
Go to Amazon and search "tiny house".

That's what this is.

You can buy one for under $10,000.

Whoever is renting out this one is scamming.

Of course, you need to rent or own the land a tiny house sits on, just like with a trailer.

Except you will have to live in Louisiana.
Yeah .... Don't know too much about it only things I've heard. High crime, very hot weather.... Low wages.

What's so bad about that (other than the hurricanes)?
I've been there many times. New Orleans used to be my Mecca. The Hurricane is the official beverage of New Orleans, but I've only seen women drink it.

If you wander outside of New Orleans, Louisiana is a very backward place.

Also, humidity. In the summer, it's like breathing underwater.

I would gladly spend what time I have left in a place like that…if it wasn’t in Florida

On real estate listings they will use wide angle lens to make it look bigger and to put more focus on one aspect......such as the bed is made to look like a queen or king to make you think the room is bigger than it really is and the bed is just a twin.

Then other pics will focus on other furniture, making that look bigger and shrinking everything else around it.
I understand. But these photos used different sized beds in slightly different configurations. You can see it against other items in the room.

Tiny houses don't come with AC or heating.

In Los Angeles I paid $1,300 a month for something smaller and not as nice.
