I am being serious too, cut them off from all food water electricity and cell phone service, they need to provide for their own country, so if they do not want us, do not call for outside help in shootings. No one has claimed it is a nation at all.If CHOP is a new country no one should be allowed in or out without a passport. CHOP is not special, we need a NAFTA like treaty here
