My impression regard news articles is that somebody writes the article and somebody else comes up with a clickbait title. This is especially true of many articles I've seen linked on these boards with left and right leaning media with their ominous headlines.

Just yesterday I caught an article on MSNBC talking about touring the only nuclear missile submarine on display. The sub was an old diesel submarine that was capable of carrying the Regulus cruise missile, which was capable of carrying a nuclear payload. It was funny way of saying it was a nuclear missile instead of the submarine being nuclear. The USS Nautilus was a nuclear sub and it is on display in Groton, CT, but it had no nuclear missiles.
