On Wednesday I'll agree with the Republicans that the new President-Elect should nominate the next Supreme Court justice. I'm not predicting or saying what Merrick Garland should do, just what I'd like to see happen. And that would be Garland telling them all to take this job and shove it. For his sake if Trump wins and if Hillary wins that would put both parties in congress on notice in the future that the political game played with his nomination has consequences.
