The rocks it was shooting over before I took the picture were real tan?

I have not been in the northwest in 30 years.

Up in the hills of Yosemite, you can see almost the full circle rainbows during a morning rainstorm from the coast.

You're right, they happen all the time, went to a taco joint and seen another one...rare in the east.

Pretty common really. Your photo actually caught a third really faint rainbow, but you have to know how to look for it.
