Hmm... The attack occurred nearly sixty years ago and in the fog of the 1967 war between Israel and a coalition of Egypt, Syria and Jordan.

Your source is Al Jazeera?! Do you care that every single U.S. Government investigation into the USS Liberty incident, including one done by the CIA, has concluded it was accident and that the Israelis did not realize the ship was American until after the second torpedo boat attack?

and IDF responds "you have your orders, hit it"



and that pilot likely concluded they were attacking the wrong ship and intentionally missed.... and that he sure as heck did not sign up with IDF to attack and murder Americans.
