So SCOTUS is going to rule soon on the Evenwel v. Abbott case. This article presents a very clear discussion of the pros and cons of the case. IMHO, the thought that voting districts should be drawn up based upon voters (or at least those eligible to vote) makes a lot of sense and follows the original concept. It should be interesting to see what the ruling will be and what impact it will have.

thought it might address person hood and direct voting.
 
Just because 'libs' (whatever is meant by that) want it doesn't change anything about the validity of the desire for change.
