Trump will certainly not make good about not adding the debt. It's probably out of any president's hands by this point to not add to it. It is certainly possible that he does some deficit spending. If it's not ok for one president to do it then it's not ok for another to. Or similarly, if it's ok for Obama to do it then it's ok for Trump to.

Hopefully along the way he can get some more jobs back into the country and cut some government spending cause our government is way too big. I'm not holding my breath on that one though.
