and many people visit graves of relatives etc

this is the custom for Catholics in Europe

how is it in the US ... or for other denominations?

do you have the same day, another day, or no special day of this kind?

It's not something that is really commonly practiced here.

And America only knows the Vigil of All Saints Day as Hallowe'en, which has nothing to do with the Catholic Church. It's cheap and tacky in America.

do you have another day for visiting graves, other than Novenber 1 .

The anniversary of the individual's passing? Whenever you're in the neighborhood of the cemetery? Visiting a grave site is not something I do... my dad's remains are in a box in Houston, and most everyone else is buried in Ohio. I don't get to either place very often.

We have Memorial Day, which was also called Decoration Day, which was originally observed by decorating the graves of military deceased.

Most people think it's just another three day weekend for government employees, with beer and hamburgers.

I had a beautiful experience this past Memorial Day. I went to place flowers on my military husband's grave and pray a Rosary for him, and I met a family of a mother and three children who were scrubbing all the headstones of the Veterans' graves. I thanked them all and told them how I admired them for what they were doing, and the mom explained that she refused to allow her children to believe that the holiday was just another day off from work or school.

is that day on a fixed date ... or changing?

i have heard of this day.
it must be a great day in Mexico!
.

I have heard that it is an expression of a combination of the Catholic faith and a satanic cult.

If I ever find the video that I watched where they talked bout this, I'll share. Hope it's something that your system will let you watch.

then it is different from the German Allerheiligen.

so the Catholic Church has the beginning of November etc, the Orthodox Church have Radonitsa, some time after Easter, as special days to visit grave sites.

The Protestant Churches have no such days, I think.
