That's the price at the wally i was at just a few hours ago. This is getting to be mind-bogulating. I started a thread about egg prices two weeks ago when they hit $6.42. A month before that they hit $5.42. Under trump these eggs were 98 cents.

And still the press and democrats say there is just slight inflation!!

The price of eggs like many things is a function of (supply, demand) not anything a president does FFS.

Too many eggs are being produced and overall demand has dropped due partly to avian flu worries.

Trump closed the deficit gap by over 100 billion in the first three months of this fiscal year. That compared to Biden.

And, in fact the deficits cause a reduction in Biden's last year's deficit (fiscal 2025) such that the numbers has to be revised downward based on what we had coming in after the tarriffs took effect. That revision was about 170 billlion lower.
