bizarre. I mean nothing odd about a person deciding to live in an RV. A lot of people do that, travelling to summer "residences," or even as a lifestyle by renting an RV slot at a recreational site. But, behind the Gov Mansion? ON state paid utilities? And she campaigns against govt waste in education?
