Now a new poll has come out showing Tammy Duckworth leading Kirk by 6 points and Kirk's approval waiting plummeting to 25%.

It should be noted that the matchup was Duckworth 42 / Kirk 36, Duckworth +6, with 22% or so undecided. Those are very low values. Anything can happen. But it sure looks like Kirk is in trouble.
